By accessing or using FBA Profit Coach (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FBA Profit Coach is a data analysis and business intelligence tool for Amazon FBA sellers. The Service provides profit calculations, inventory management suggestions, advertising analysis, and actionable recommendations based on your Amazon seller data.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All data, calculations, projections, insights, action items, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making business decisions.
You acknowledge that: all recommendations are algorithmically generated and may contain errors; profit calculations are estimates and may not reflect actual profits; inventory suggestions are based on historical data and assumptions that may not hold; you should consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions; past performance does not guarantee future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FBA PROFIT COACH AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any losses, damages, or costs arising from actions taken based on information provided by the Service; lost profits, revenue, or sales; stockouts, overordering, or mispricing decisions; inaccurate calculations or projections; advertising or campaign management decisions; data loss or service interruptions; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Running an Amazon FBA business involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for all business decisions, whether or not influenced by data or recommendations from the Service. FBA Profit Coach is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a replacement for your own judgment and professional advice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Data is sourced from Amazon's SP-API and may contain delays, errors, or discrepancies. Verify critical data independently before acting on it.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Free trials last 14 days. You may cancel at any time through account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
We access your data through Amazon's SP-API with your authorization. We request read-only access only. We do not share your business data with third parties. You can revoke access anytime via Seller Central. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBA Profit Coach, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
